Aviation is often misunderstood when it comes to climate impact — but let’s clear the air. At AirAsia, we’re all in on revolutionising the way you travel with real ESG actions that actually make a difference.

As the first airline in Asean to fly the Airbus A320neo, we’ve improved our fuel efficiency by up to 20% — that’s around 666 litres of fuel on every flight!

But hey, sustainability isn’t just about cutting carbon, it’s about lifting communities too. Through the AirAsia Foundation, we also champion sustainable travel and climate resilience by supporting social enterprises across Asean, one community at a time.

And that’s just the beginning, we’ve got plenty more missions in the pipeline to keep flying forward, responsibly.

We’re all for a gender balanced environment and that means empowering Allstars and communities across all creeds.

Being in traditionally male-dominated industries, we don’t just sit back and do nothing. Through various empowering initiatives, 34% of our Allstars are women, and we’re working hard to keep raising that number.

But we’re going beyond the gender lens. We’ve set up the global #IAmRemarkable movement internally, a DEI committee, and are also a proud Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Corporate Action Lab pioneering changemaker.
